1. Business Development Associate (Presales, Business Development, Sales, Client Servicing)

Job Location – Pune (Kaspate Wasti, Wakad office)

Job Description – 

  • Cater responsibilities in Lead Generation, Business Development, Sales and Office Operations
  • Lead generations through various web portals, social media, references
  • Tracking leads, Drafting proposals, Follow-up, Negotiation, Closures at earliest
  • Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion
  • Plan strategies and implementation on same for business growth
  • Handle client calls, makes notes and convey to respective team member. Plan visits when and where required
  • Plan your holidays as per business needs, visits and events, at-times, we need to plan work as per client convenience
  • Coordinate with technical team and sales/marketing teams to complete work at earliest and get client communications on email for better transparency
  • Win new business and achieve agreed revenue targets
  • Write compelling business proposals, bid for good projects and win tenders
  • Attend appropriate events and conferences, acting as the perfect agency ambassador while networking
  • Maintain proper communications with clients and get the bills cleared on time and get the company financial book with positive figures
  • Communicate and coordinate with client and internal teams for the post sales data collection and payments completion processes
  • Keep company colleterial safely and updated on each third-party portal for generation of leads through organic sources
  • Plan up email marketing/SMS marketing or new strategies to generate leads and prospective customer
  • You will be planning for manpower and service requirements and reporting them to management or finding sources for same
  • You will be considered the face for representing management to the outer world and request you to be at 100% positive and confident at all moments
  • Monitoring, reporting unusual activities at office is also a part of your daily work duties

2. Business Development Associate (Business Development & Client Servicing)

Job Level – Starter / Fresher to Level I
Mandatory Internship Stipend Offered – Fixed INR.8K per month
Remuneration Offered- INR.1.60Lac to INR.3.50Lac per annum post successful internship completion depending on expertise, capability and internship experience.
Working Hours – 09:30am to 07:00pm / Varies as per client meetings, etc.
We follow strict start timings, and believe in your work interests to decide your end times.
Working Days – Monday to Saturday, Weekly Off – Sunday

  • Travel Allowance offered for visits during events in local areas, Official holiday when visiting an event representing the company
  • Fixed fuel Allowance of 1,300.00/- per month paid on quarterly basis or can be directly billed to company
